Offering exceptional second homes in exceptional locations throughout Japan, the hospitality brand needed a new strategy for approaching western audiences and communicating their bold vision. In collaboration with Takram, our role was to identify a viable target audience and craft a brand strategy, messaging framework, and tone of voice to reach them. We also led the charge in refreshing the site layout, content architecture, and website copy to reflect the brandโ€™s bold ambitions.
