Offering exceptional second homes in exceptional locations throughout Japan, the hospitality brand needed a new strategy for approaching western audiences and communicating their bold vision. In collaboration with Takram, our role was to identify a viable target audience and craft a brand strategy, messaging framework, and tone of voice to reach them. We also led the charge in refreshing the site layout, content architecture, and website copy to reflect the brandโs bold ambitions.
